Candice Swanepoel is Western Girl for Free People

She’s officially Maxim’s hottest woman in the world who we’re more accustomed to seeing her in next to nothing but Candice Swanepoel proves she can still ooze glamour and sexiness when she’s fully clothed, too.

Candice Swanepoel is the new face of the fashion brand Free People. 25-year-old beauty was photographed for the July catalog from the famous photographer Guy Aroch.

The new collection actually announces the autumn fashion that based on western style. Candice  is wearing checked skirts, shaggy knit sweaters and fringed jackets. When you look at the photos, Swanepoel does just about looks good in anything, although that is a far cry from her usual blonde bombshell attire.

Free People’s Art Director, Lauren Cohan, reveals what makes the Forbes top-earning model so special, “The inspiration was actually Candice Swanepoel herself. One of the first Polaroid I was ever sent of Candice was this great shot of her in a simple white tee and jeans and no makeup. And she looks effortlessly beautiful, which is so much the essence of Free People.”

In addition to the new images, Swanepoel also created a tongue-in-cheek video for the quintessentially American brand. Titled ‘A Day in the Life of Candice Swanepoel’ it draws comparisons between the model’s childhood on a dairy farm and her life now.
